  • Carpets, supplied & fitted

    One bedroom or a whole house, in wool twists, heathers and hard-wearing man-made carpets, laid on proper underlay and gripper. Stair runners are a bit of a speciality: properly gripped, no rucks, no loose edges.

  • Karndean & LVT

    Trained Karndean installer. Oak, parquet and herringbone in luxury vinyl, plus the commercial ranges. All laid onto a properly prepared subfloor so it stays flat, quiet and tight for years.

  • Amtico

    Amtico product-trained, for design floors that still take real family traffic. We help you settle on a pattern and border that suits the room, then fit it tight and true.

  • Safety flooring

    Slip-resistant safety floors for wet rooms, kitchens, commercial units and dental practices. Coved up the walls where it needs to be, sealed and welded to code. The floor that has to pass an inspection, done right.

  • Commercial vinyl

    Trained commercial vinyl installation for shops, offices and busy family homes. Sheet or tile, welded seams, a hard floor that wipes clean and takes a hammering.

  • Sub-floor preparation

    The unglamorous bit that makes a floor last. We latex, level and dry the base out properly before anything goes down. Skip it and even the best floor telegraphs every lump underneath.

How far will you come?

Free home visits and quotes within about 20 miles of Stroud: Nailsworth, Stonehouse, Painswick, Minchinhampton, Dursley, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cirencester and the villages between. Further out, ring and ask. If Shaun can make it work, he will.

How does the quote work?

Call or send the form, and Shaun comes out with the sample books, usually within the week. You measure up together, keep any samples you like, and get a written price. No charge for the visit and no hard sell. Want a rough number first? The guide price tool below takes about a minute.

How soon can you fit my floor?

Once you've chosen, most jobs are fitted within a few weeks, depending on the season and how quickly your material comes in. You'll normally get a firm fitting date when you order.

How do I pay?

We aim to agree everything in writing before any work starts. Usually that's a deposit to order your materials, with the balance when the job's done and you're happy with it.

Do you bring samples, or do I choose from a website?

Shaun brings the showroom to you: carpet books, Karndean and Amtico samples, safety floor swatches, seen in your own light against your own walls. If you spot a floor you like in the room finder above, say so and he'll bring that exact range.
